Eastview is a church designed to serve both Christians and those who might consider themselves spiritual seekers. It's a safe place for people who are looking for answers to their spiritual questions, and simply want to check out Christianity without anyone pressuring them.

It's also a place where those who have decided to follow Jesus Christ can learn and be encouraged in their spiritual growth.

  3/1/2010 - At times we read the Beatitudes and treat them as things we “have to do” or characteristics we “must achieve” in order to be blessed. And so we set out to become ‘poor in spirit’ or ‘meek’ or ‘merciful’…or worse yet, we seek out persecution. “But if we think of Jesus simply sitting there telling people how to behave properly, we will miss what was really going on.” (N.T. Wright).
