I love the church, and I’m not embarrassed to say that. In fact, I think that you love our church too – otherwise you wouldn’t be here. But what is it exactly that we love about His church? Why do we share our life with one another? Why do we volunteer here? There are a handful of things that guide us as we make decisions on what to do, why we do it, and how we do it.

During the next few weeks, as we walk through scripture, we will share with you why we think that Ekklesia (call out ones, assemblyis kind of a big deal.We will address the following questions: What did the church of the first century look like? What was important to it? What was problematic to it? How did it function? What were the early church’s functioning roles, and who performed them? How did they worship?
