Our Vision of Worship in the Services:
Every Sunday morning at our 9:30 and 11:15 am services we seek to please and glorify God. Our praise in music during these services comes as a direct response to God's great character and our reflections on His truth and work in our lives and in the world around us. We continually seek to give adoration to God in creative ways that make it both meaningful and expressive of our hearts desire to draw near to Him.
Titus 2 describes a community where the older and younger generations love each other, value each other, learn from each other and grow together even as our own families do. We seek to inspire, encourage and cultivate this multi-generational worship style. This way, we can create an authentic opportunity for all who come to meet God and to be changed by His presence.
Every week you can expect friendly, blended services with full music bands periodically augmented by our worship choir, dance, drama or other forms of worship. We have a strong commitment to a blended style of worship - a style that reflects the multi-generational nature of Eastview. Through the inclusion of both hymns and contemporary music, we recognize the need to draw everyone into worshiping God but our focused desire is to see unity in worship and a passion for God above and beyond any preference of style.
Eastview's Music Ministry thrives and survives because of highly dedicated and devoted volunteers who enjoy working together to open the doors to offerings of praise through the creative (vocal, instrumental, visual) and technical (computer, video, sound) arts.
