Operation Christmas Child is a ministry of Samaritan's Purse, a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. The principles of OCC can be reflected by three simple, yet powerful, words - joy, faith, and compassion.
Operation Christmas Child fits into our International Mission Field as a ministry offering hope to children around the world. This ministry is a practical way to reach out and impact children for Jesus Christ through sharing love and joy with those less fortunate. It is a project that involves all ages of Eastview.
Ways to get involved
- Fill a shoebox with gifts for a child and drop it off at church during Collection Week
- Promote Operation Christmas Child at your place of work, your school, in your neighbourhood, with your family
- Become a part of the Eastview Collection Centre Team
