CHILDRENS MINISTRY

Vision: Partnering with families to clearly and creatively present who God is and guide children into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. KidsTown is a child-targeted Sunday morning ministry designed for children from infants to grade 6. KidsTown strives to lead children to Christ and on to maturity in Him through a safe community built on caring relationships, small groups, relevant biblical teaching, joyful worship, creativity and plenty of laughter and fun! Bible lessons are age-appropriate, interactive and relevant to today’s children. You and your children are invited to visit KidsTown on Sunday mornings and experience our commitment to working with every family in laying a spiritual foundation children can build their lives on.

Children’s Ministry CoVid Update: Due to the current pandemic restrictions and for the safety of others, Church and Children’s Ministry is not open at this time. However, we still feel that it is important to provide families with the teachings of Jesus. Therefore, we are happy to introduce our Church At Home Newsletter! Every week we will be providing families with a “Family Huddle Guide” along with lesson videos that follow our current curriculum. These are to help families personally teach their children about Jesus and help continue to grow in their relationship with him. Along with the weekly lesson plans, we will also be sharing our reopening updates and weekly happenings. To subscribe to our Newsletters please contact us at childrens@eastview.org

For more information on what families can expect when coming back, please take a look at our KidsTown: Open for Business video! For those still participating in Church from home, please join us for our Pre-Service Kids Room By ZOOM! Every Sunday morning, 9:30-10:00 am. Come play some games, say hello to your fellow KidsTown citizens, and get ready for our Sunday service!

CLUB 56

Grades 5-6 Club 56 is a specialty Sunday morning program, designed with your 5th or 6th grader in mind, to help them be intentional about growing their relationships with each other and with God.  Through a student’s 2 years in the Club 56 program, he/she will have opportunity to learn how to navigate through the Bible through meaningful and relevant teaching of God’s Word.  Grade 5 and 6 children are encouraged to listen to what God is communicating to them, and then to respond to him, thus discovering that we can be engaged in a 2-way relationship with our heavenly Father, His Son Jesus, and His Holy Spirit.
