The Search Committee, consisting of Erni Wiebe (chair), Colin Campbell, Brenda Enns, Walter Klassen (council liaison), Vern Koop, Laurie Payne, & Reg Siemens requests your continued prayers.

Since our first meeting in early October, we have met numerous times. Through these meetings we have clarified our mandate, discussed the job description and characteristics of whom we feel God might be leading us towards. While this team represents a unique cross-section of our congregation, we sense a great deal of unity and enthusiasm for what God has in store for Eastview as we seek His will for our future leadership. We have prayed together, fasted and diligently sought God's clarity and direction.

As we have entered the next phase of contacting specific individuals, we would ask for your continued prayers, that God would lay an unmistakable call on the individual of His choosing and that we as a committee and congregation would clearly hear and sense God's leading and direction.
